March 18, 200917 yr Do slayer till you get charms for 68 summoning, then when you get yip go to armoured zombies :
March 18, 200917 yr Author did you even read my post?no offence but it clearly states im not going to do slayer or armored zombies because im looking for other options
March 18, 200917 yr Well i missed the part that you said that aren't them :wall: Anyways that would be the your best option, since you will make cash and will get quick the 99
March 18, 200917 yr Author only reason i dont want to do them is i keep getting tasks like Abby spectrs where i cant afford the prayer pots or the good mage defence armor to kill them..and armored zombies just seem like they are always packed to me
March 18, 200917 yr Im looking for a good method other than the one's Listed Below: 1. Slayer 2. Zombie Monkeys 3. Skeletal Monkeys 4. Armored zombies 5. Bandits ..Dude, you just knocked out Every good method for cmb EXP in the game. Why'd the hell you do that? You're not going to get that level without these methods. Because the next best one is Monkey guards. And those suck. Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005.
March 18, 200917 yr Author ok, i've looked at kents guide and i've narrowed it down to 2 possible methods for getting the charms i need(crimson only) to get the 8 lvl's i need(i have the charms to get me to lvl 60 right now). Here's the 2 options i have for them 1. Roach Soldiers 2. Dusties what's a good setup for each one of these or is my current setup ok.Please give me all the possible changes i can make without spending too much money(remember im on a tight budget) @link. Because that's the methods i have been doing and im getting really tired of seeing the same dang thing every single day...if ur not going to help me please dont post
March 18, 200917 yr If you are going dusties remember that you will need a facesmask/slayer helm, so cancel guthans there. Btw those are very slow xp compared to the other ways...
March 18, 200917 yr Do slayer till you get charms for 68 summoning, then when you get yip go to armoured zombies : This is the way to go. Dont [cabbage] around and not do this. Pureprayer, you're awesome.
March 18, 200917 yr Author well going to what you said im going to get the charms i need for 68 summon then probably just do armored zombies or zombie monkeys, since according to link there isnt another good method which i know there is.
March 18, 200917 yr Author you dont understand that im absolutley tired of slayer and im NOT going to do it for a while which is why im trying to find another method so stop suggesting it because it's not going to happen
March 18, 200917 yr Author i cant afford to do waterfiends which is why im having to use dusties or roach soldiers
March 18, 200917 yr No offence to the original poster but you really limited yourself to some crummy options that really suck for training. Try to be slightly more open to some of the various training methods. If you keep getting abberant specs then just perm block them if you can. I found them to be quite profitable but I probally got quite lucky. I think that they kick [wagon]. If you cant perm block them, then just change masters, maybe go down one master and go up one and try that.
March 18, 200917 yr I know you said don't do slayer, but really, it's the best option. I'm not going to pressure you or anything, but I just want to say that it is the best thing you can do. You may not be getting the best tasks, but it's worth it in the long run. However, it all boils down to your preference. And having fun is the most important thing. I would advise you to try out DT skeletons. Funny thing, actually. I was 87 strength when I started; just one level above you. I got my 99 strength at DT skeletons as well. It can't have taken more than a month. It's extremely cheap, as they rarely hit. The requirements are semi-high (DT must be started, but not even 1/5 finished). But it's totally worth it. I was getting in the 70k's consistently near the end of my goal. I highly recommend you try those if you will go to no other place. Roachs and dusties are cool, but I can't see myself getting a 99 on those. Neither is aggressive, so that's a lot of clicking. Plus dusties are usually crowded. They may have decent drops, but neither can compare (imo) to the speed and ease at DT skeletons. ~It's Super Effective! (The Zaaps Blog)~My YouTube Channel, where you get to watch me go around and make a fool out of myself and all comp capersGuides:~Yeah I wrote them once~Suggestions:~Yeah I made those once~

March 18, 200917 yr Author yup and even possibly when i get the yip i can sell my guthans because if im not wrong the yip is much faster healer than guthans is
March 18, 200917 yr yup and even possibly when i get the yip i can sell my guthans because if im not wrong the yip is much faster healer than guthans is Theoretically speaking, it's not. You would most likely heal much fast if you used guthans a lot. But practically speaking, the bunyip is cheaper and more efficient (since guthans set is terrible attack bonus and only train def.) ~It's Super Effective! March 18, 200917 yr yup and even possibly when i get the yip i can sell my guthans because if im not wrong the yip is much faster healer than guthans is Guthan's heals up to twice as much as unicorn which makes it easily five times as much as a bunyip. Problem is that you don't need that much healing in most cases. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
