demonsbane37 Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 i just downloaded the newest version of java,restarted my computer,open firefox and atempted to get on runescape. as soon as the pag loaded after clicking "members" on the main page the window closed. i tried several more times then tried on enternet explorer and it still closed the browser. i restarted my computer again and it still closed... when i open firefox it says the windo was closed unexpactantly and offer to restore the last sesion. also the first several times the add-on thing poped up saying a new add-on was there. please help. Dracion1 Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 What addon did it say was installed? Also have you: Upgraded to the latest version of Firefox? Updated your graphics drivers? More info would be good too, it's hard to say what the problem is at this point. Does RuneScape load before crashing? Does it crash when loading a certain thing? Have you tried 'Safe mode'?
