^^^ I would guess dealing with scarabs but dont know?..

I believe you need to have at least started the quest (Dealing With Scabaras) to access the Scabara Dungeon.

you should try going south east from sophanem, then around the mountain, you'll enter a swamp, with scarabites in it, and i think you dont need to do a quest to get to them

 

 

 

to manouver through the swamp, push aside bushes
