This has no relations to my before post.

 

 

 

My internet is currently broadband set at 1.5mpbs right.

 

 

 

Now i download things at 4kb per second. WTH.

 

 

 

My friends dialup downloads faster than that, is my internet unique?

 

 

 

How can i fix this!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My 2nd problem is my computer, see it is winXP 2000 edition.

 

 

 

And lol, it takes 10 mins max to load my startup items when it is turned on lol, Startup items: MSN, NORTON, INTERNET. 3 items.

 

 

 

Why is this!

 

 

 

I also do not have many programs installed on my computer.
