Since you have 3 dogs, in total, your dogs will get more 'problems' a bit more often than normal, and many will go around with all 3. Cats dont attract dog diseases/etc (?) Perhaps you could put cream in their ears if they're in visible pain, but beyond that, there's nothing you can do but sit tight.
