1. I need a good combat training place. I didn't say monster, so it can be whatever.

 

2. I extremely prefer something where I have a low risk of dying.

 

3. I have decent armor and weapons, but I would also like advice on some better, but not too expensive stuff. My current set up:Berserker Helm

 

Glory ammy

 

Rune plate

 

Rune legs

 

Guth Book/Rune kite

 

Green Vambs (need something better :| )

 

Ring of life/wealth/any others I should use?

 

I THINK I have rune boots, If not I should be able to buy some (Just bought a drag axe and it drained me to my items and around 35k cash :( )

 

Drag Scim/Ddp++

Well slayer isnt that great of cash until higher levels. When i was lower level i had to skill some so i could buy armor and weapons. Once i got into it though i could make a small profit at the lower levels.

Since you don't like slayer you could always try killing monsters in the Stronghold of Security, i haven't been there to know personally but i heard you can make a small amount of money from ankous and flesh crawlers.
