57-70 Runecrafting?

Since 70 runecrafting is needed for all skills 70+, and since I haven't runecrafted for ages, heres my question:

 

 

 

What method of runecrafting is "best" for my current level to get to 70? Like such as in speed, profit, and speed + profit mixed. I do have lunar teleports incase ZMI is best, and have the summoning level for abyss creatures as well.

 

 

 

Also, should I buy or mine my own essence. I know this mixes with profits and such a lot, so any advice with how you deal with essence, please share.

Speed - ZMI

 

Profit - laws (balloons or abbys, doesn't really matter) to 59, double cosmics (abyss) to 70

 

Mixed (best in my opinion) - natures with graahk to 65, both deaths and double cosmics (whichever rift is closer) to 70.

 

 

 

Always buy your essence, you make like 140k/hour mining essence so it isn't efficient. Always use an abyssal familiar if you're not using a graahk.
