Runescaper attacked at library.

well,as some of you may know i am going for a fire cape.

 

for the past 3 days i have been making posts on suggestions

 

and advice for me. i have looked up many guides videos and

 

other information and i know exactly what to do and how to do it.

 

tomorrow is the day i set out to get my fire cape.

 

 

 

but recently i was faced with a decision,

 

 

 

my computer is an older model and can be sometimes laggy,

 

i don't want to risk lag during Jad or any wave or even risk

 

connection lost so i've decided...yes to do the fight caves

 

at a public library. the computers their are much more

 

efficient and faster/newer models.

 

 

 

 

 

i am however worried on this matter because there is a 1 hour time

 

limit on a computer before you must reserve a new one.

 

 

 

i know if i do this at the library i will need to log

 

out about 3 times knowing fight caves can take from 2-3 hours.

 

i do in fact know how to log out properly in fight caves but

 

i am still worried.

 

 

 

 

 

i need suggestions on whether i should do this at the library,

 

or attempt to do it on my home computer were logging

 

out wont be my option.

Well i can assure you that the fight caves wont take you anywere near 2-3hours. It took me only 1hour and 10minutes to get to Jad. Anyway what i suggest you do is get as far as you feel you can at home and then go to a more reliable PC (in your case the library).

Well, it being a fire cape, and the fact that you won't lose anything on death, I would say do it at home. As a test run. If you get it, great! =)

 

 

 

But if you lag out and end up dieing, then your next option would be to try at the library under the time limit. Do with what you have, and if it doesn't work out, then result to the library, because I have a feeling that if you know you're under a time limit, you'll be rushing, but if you can relax and take your time, only with the worry of it maybe lagging so much you die, you'll do fine. =)

I thought that Jagex made a function that after each 5 waves or something your progress is saved so you can log out and when you log back in you can continue from where you stopped. In that case just start playing and when your time is almost up, log out, get a new pc, kill Jad.

As this mini-game can take many hours to complete, Jagex added an option to log out without losing your progress and having to start over. To do this, click the logout button ONCE at any time during a "wave" of monsters. You will get a message in your chat window that your logout request has been saved and you will automatically be logged out after the current wave. Next time you log in to your account, you will still be in the Fight Cave and the next wave of monsters will start. If you click logout again before then, you will lose your place in the game and will have to start over. Logging out to save your place is NOT recommended after reaching the level 360's(see below) as your prayer is turned off upon logging in and you can be instantly hit for some very heavy damage.

Just get up to jad at home, log out and go to the library or u could just go to a internet cafe.

even if you do use the library computer, your not 100% guna get the cape.

 

 

 

and... dont get worked up about it, :ohnoes: the more you do, the more the fight caves will seem like an epic mission which can only be attempted once a year. do it on your home computer, hope it doesnt lag, and even if it does, if your using smart equipment, each run will take you a minimalistic 200k? im sure you can make that back straight after one run.

any ways, thats how i got my cape, at my PUBLIC LIBRARY!

 

just go to wave 50ish, mabye up to 55 then log out using the cave method, sigh out of the computer, the re sigh in and log in to pwns jads. \
