I'm a member and would like to know what to train on to get to 80 Strength and 80 Attack

Kind of looking for something with good drops/charms, but would rather have the speed of exp instead of the drops.

Kill moss giants til 70 and then beat the quest defender of varrock which will allow you to do armoured zombies.

This. thragon13 has the right idea.

Green dragons may be a bit hard at your level, but they are good xp and drop tons of charms. I suggest taking a super set and meleeing them east of clan wars. Moss Giants also work, and Lessers would also be good. And if you've done creature of Fenkenstrain or at least gotten through part, experiments are great xp.

Where is the best spot for Moss Giants?

In chaos tunnels... the entrance for it is west of stealing creation =)

is the map on tip.it wrong for the chaos tunnels? I enter at the rock crabs and go to the northern portal and it says its blocked. I'm trying to figure out the path before i go in.

NO! NO NO NO! Go to Moss Giant island off the coast of Brimhaven. Few to no people there- ever. But has 5 mossies and they respawn very fast.

no dont argue plz trust me i've tried it there and at chaos tunnels tunnels always worked out best for me
