Nadril
Plug it into the router. You can also bridge a connection, but I don't know if that is even possible on a mac nor do I recommend it.
ProtoGuy
I'm trying to do it from my room however, longest cable I've got is 2ft, I'd need... Oh say.. something of a 60ft cable to do it where I'd like -.- I like stir fry
runescapeloser22
I access Xbox Live by bridging the connection through my laptop running Windows XP and it works fine. I'm not sure how well it works on a Mac though.
ProtoGuy
I might just have to finally go ahead and spring for that wifi adapter for it... That or go with the 50ft cable. Because then I could go over to my friends place and mooch internet off of, well. Anyone. Just get one of those garden hose wraps with the handle and everything for it. I like stir fry
ThruItAll
Is the DNS not found or something? You have to change your DNS settings to automatic sometimes when using a laptop or computer. danke Schon Sam!^^"Blood runs thicker, oh were thick as thieves you know"-Carl Barât
DarkDude
http://slightlyremarkable.com/blog/2006 ... e-via-mac/ That looks like a good guide to me but I don't know anything about Macs. Search around and you should be able to find a guide that's helpful.

ProtoGuy
http://slightlyremarkable.com/blog/2006/04/12/xbox-live-via-mac/ That looks like a good guide to me but I don't know anything about Macs. Search around and you should be able to find a guide that's helpful. Ok, I tried it out, and everything looked good until I got the "connection error" five seconds after I gave it a shot. -.- If there's anyone who knows what they're doing with this sort of thing, I'm not incompetent, just lost. #-o Help. Me. ._. Please? :D I like stir fry
