What's the best way to train agility?

I'm new to these formus and was wondering what would be the best agility xp for my level which is 42.Any ideas? :thumbsup:

Barbarian outpost or agility arena until you can do the wilderness course at 52 then you do that until about 70-75 and then switch to ape atoll course until 99.

No problem I sat and raised my agility from 57-73 took me about 1 week to do at wilderness course if this helps you later on. :thumbsup: ::'

Do the wildy at level 49 with an agility pot to get in. That's what I did, and it goes by pretty fast.

^I was just telling him this to make it easier on him and save on the agility pot cause i believe you now need to have lvl 52 for the ledge for wildy course and that you cant pot up to it.
