(Previously 'Darkknightider', wow that was a bad name :p)

Mithril dragons, Abby demons, Nechs, Kalphite guardians (other kalphites too) and Steel/iron dragons drop alot. (Basically alot of dragons and high level slayer monsters)

Monsters that drop a fair few that you could kill are...

~ Fire giants

~ Ice Warriors

~ Elves

~ Trolls

Personally i would go with Basilisks, they are only level 61 and they drop in increments of 15 and 37 quite alot

I've never killed Nechs but i've heard they're good for nature runes, however i have killed thousands and thousands of fire giants, steel and iron dragons and i can tell you they definately drop nature runes.... and i usually get alot in all those tasks...

When I played and I needed them and didn't want to spend money, I'd get some iron knives and head over to the fire giants in the waterfall.

I also just realized your range level is 57, buy range potions (4) and go down there, you'll get nature runes galore, as well as thousands upon thousands of range experience.
