I think the highest limit for anything is 25k. I don't see how you could possibly use 25k chins in 4 hours, so you should be okay :D

im pretty sure that the chins you can buy per hour in the grand exhange is about 25k-ish but iv not checked myself, so i cant honestly say but 25k sounds logical.

Its actually 20k/4hours. I know that from personal experience.
