I'm sorry but physics is so BORING!! :( Blasphemy! :shock: :P Anyway yeah, i find space physics particularly interesting since it is directly applicable without having to think of examples. I did a project on the history of astrological physics history as well, and found it completely mind boggling just how much they knew back then, without all the complex equipment today. I've often considered a career in astrophysics since i just find it so interesting (call me sad but it's just like one of those odd fascinations). "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"
August 16, 200520 yr Actually I retract that first statement. Physics is nowhere near as boring as biology. Like you said, some of physics can be interesting like the theory. Like exploring the origins of space and so on is physics, isn't it? Amongst others? Just when you have to get round to working it out, THAT'S when my migraine kicks in. I like reading stuff like this but discussing it gives me a bad case of "shut the hell up" syndrome. In conclusion, sorry about what I said before. This is how much you all raised for charity. August 16, 200520 yr I've often considered a career in astrophysics since i just find it so interesting (call me sad but it's just like one of those odd fascinations). i kinda thought about doing that too for a while, but i didnt know how easy it would be to get a job as an astrophysicist.

Yeah i know what you mean, the equations are a drag, and actually i find maths the most boring sciency subject, since most of it has little practical application.
