Thanks The only monster that can claim things are Barbarians and barb chieftains So if you wanna claim a tower you put your barb on it and it about 2 turns or so he capture it if you wanna take your opponents tower you do the same thing. Barb chieftans capture stuff faster then regular barbs unless you power up the barbs with druids Then there about the same If your barb gets hurt while trying to capture a tower it will take even longer for him to take it so protect him
