What should I do?

I have just lost one of my most valuable possessions. My runescape account. Many people say why are you whining over pixels, but it is in fact the work I put in to get these "pixels". Runescape was my escape from the harsh stress of reality, but now I have found that the customer service won't even read my appeals, or even take the time to give me a way to contact them correctly. They declined my 300 word last chance plea seconds after I submitted it. I have worked very hard to get what I had in runescape, but it was fun. Growing levels, beating quests that I thought were hard at the time( i almost jumped up and started screaming when I completed dragon slayer at combat 53, my first time beating it :D ) and unlocking new ways to train and show off my skills was fun to me. All of my achievements erased by a false accusation, all of my time wasted. Runescape was fun and worth it in some ways. Now, I think, is the time to quit. What do you think?

If you are not willing to get back all stuff on a new acc then quit...but you can always try new things, like making a pure idk...something different to you like that new account ;)

I feel bad for you, all else I can say is either try to rebuild or quit, sorry. Btw, what were you accused of?

I was accused of 3rd party software, that accusation apparently gave me 10 black marks, as I had around 1 before I got it, and have 11 now, so perm ban.

 

I never used 3rd party software, or even planned to.

Create a new character and see if you still like the game, even if you have to start from scratch. Maybe you could try out something new, like a skiller or pure or something. : If you don't like it however you should quit, and who knows, maybe you'll start playing again after a year or two. I always do! :)

I would start a new account. If I lost my account, I was be pretty sad too, because I've put a lot of work into it. But to tell you the truth, the thing I liked the most was the fact I can just relax and progress through the game, so starting a new would be kind of fun.
