I believe the above post is correct. But just about everyone has finished that quest, so the Diary is the better way. Also, if you can use Waterbirth Teleport (Lunar), or have Enchanted Lyre Teles to spare, use that. You can also consider whiteberries. And the 2gp respawn in Varrock Sewers. No?
