Start west of it next to its' arm, from here follow the instructions on your map. It has changed now that you're on Dragontooth island and will make some more sense. It says 6 steps South, 8 steps East, 2 steps North, 4 steps East, and 22 steps South (it's the same for everyone). Dig here to get the book. Thats about as precise as you can get. The map is made of "squares" 1 square equates to 1 step.
