Problem with TV Tuner

Hi, I have recently installed Vista 64bit on my computer. I am pleased that it's running even faster than its 32bit version, but I have a problem. When I try to use the Media Center to watch Tv, it keeps saying the signal is not strong enough. I didn't have any problems when I was on the 32bit version of Vista, and I don't want to go back to it just for something as small as the tv. The card is a Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II (26xxx).

Now, I have googled the problem, and have tried finding drivers, but all I can find are drivers for the 32bit version. So, should I try using this one, or should I buy a new card, so I can plug the cable and finally watch tv on the PC? Or is there a free program that is better than the media center?

I used the computer for ages to watch tv, and I don't have much money to spend, so if anyone here can find a solution, I'll take it.

If no one has a solution, I'm going to install Vista 32bit in dual boot with my Vista 64bit on a small partition I will make, since hard drive space is not a problem when you have 1.7TB in the computer.

Well, it seems it really is the signal not being strong enough. I decided to test it at different times of the day, for a few days, and noticed that I don't have problems getting the TV when it's out of the busy hours, but when it's in the times of the day most people watch TV or are on the internet, that's when the signal is not strong enough for me to watch tv on the computer.

I guess I'm going to have to ring my cable provider (which is also my ISP).
