Whats the fastest way from 1-30?

pretty much just pickpocketing men. Or you could use a set number of xp (like always 500 xp at a time or something) on it to try and get it high, or do quests that give thieving exp (if you can).

Sorceress's Garden is shockingly good at the early levels its great from level 1-45. It all based on how your running is, not on random chance of successfully pickpocketing (you will fail... a lot).

 

 

 

Alternatively if you wanna use traditional methods.

 

1-5 on men

 

5-25 tea stalls (south part of varrock)

 

25-38 on warrior women (ardy)

 

38-55 master farmers (draynor)

Cake stalls once you have the required level. Shouldn' take more than a few hours tops.

Remember though, some of these may have a thieving level required to start each quest. Be sure to check which ones do and don't and do the ones that have low requirement or none at all.
