I would be very happy if one of you fine forumers could give me an estimated experience gain in attack over 1 hour at guard monkeys.

 

 

 

Using piety, super str, super atk, d boots, fury, warrior ring, rune defender.

Using proper equipment (bandos/torso/proselyte), you can get about 80k an hour. Bring dragon dagger for the special attacks. Don't poison it because you lose xp from the extra hits. Dharoking monkeys can get you about 90k.

 

All from personal experience

Well just go armoured zombies, with the same outfit nman said you can get 85k/hr and get good drops

I absolutly HATE any monkey training. I just stick to bandits ( afkable), armour zombie or..If you really hate thoses do PC. points for exp.
