I can't say this 100% possitivly, but could anyone confirm this? 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.

April 22, 200917 yr It appears that it isn't decided by up or down, its to the NEAREST WHOLE NUMBER. So 116.2 would be worth 116, while 116.6 would go to 117. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
