April 25, 200917 yr You don't need a bandos or arma item when you pray. The range prayer will block all arma damage and bandos can't attack you at any good aviansie spot.

April 25, 200917 yr what is the white shield talked about in the guide? This is the item You could use a broodoo shield which has a higher prayer bonus, but a -7 range bonus. I suggest the best falador shield you have though - the easy fally diary is easy, and the shield is better than a white shield Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!
