When you make pixels, is there something so you can type in how big you want the sig to be - in paint, i mean like, how can you make it the right size? (Using Paint)

Paint has a set compression rate. You have to use something like Photoshop or Paintshop pro to get an estimate of the filesize before exporting.

Just drag and resize the dot at the bottom right corner of the paint white "square" and drag it until it says 150X300 down the bottom right hand side.
