Blutters Posted May 8, 2009 Share Posted May 8, 2009 Both quests are entirely worth it - Haunted Mine/Defender of Varrock. When you get a Salve Amulet you can quite easily get it enchanted. Simply buy a Slayer Ring for 75 points (after Smoking Kills) and teleport to Tarn's Lair and you'll be right outside the boss room, without the hassle of going through the maze.
