Making Money

Featured Replies

Alright. I have two moniters, and I do most of my work on the PC, so I could put a lot of time into RS without feeling guilty about wasting my time. So, here are my stats.

I want to like fishing or woodcutting, or a skill where I only have to click every minute or so instead of every second. I have to plans already, but I'm sure there's more I could do.

- Fly-fish for 15 hours to get 76 fishing, fish sharks at 76 (which would be slow, not sure if it's worth it)

- Woodcut yews

What else can I do? What's the best, fastest money for me?

Buy ranarr seeds.

Each seed is about 25k

Each Ranarr is about 7.5k, you get 5-9 ranarrs per seed, so at the very leasty you'll get about 12.5k profit per seed.

If you've did the nature spirit quest, use your Magic Secateurs, then you'll get 6-10 ranarrs per seed.

The places to plant ranarrs are

North of Catherby

South east of falador

Slightly north east of Ardougne.

There's also one at port phastmaty's but I don't use it.

This is a quick and easy way to earn money in between training skills. You only need 32 farming to do it and yours is 40. So I reccomend this idea.

If you want money with woodcutting at a minimum focus, then yews are fine. For fishing i'd recommend monks over sharks for at least better xp, and i'm fairly sure the money is better too, i'm not sure, but it should be close.

There are three sides to every story: There's one side, there's the other, and there's the truth.

Stars

Pretty nice money. Sure only once per day, but who cares? It's great cash in the small time, and outstanding mining xp.

If you want an afk moneymaker, those are tough to come by in p2p. All of them are actually pretty bad money. If I were you, I'd fish monks. This way I'd get nice fishing xp. Sharks are terrible. Monks beat them in xp and money.

Yews aren't good money. Eucs beat them. Both are terrible for just cash tho.

he is refering to shooting stars, the ones you can spot in player owned houses. You have to first find it, and then when you find it you start mining it and hopefully you will get a bunch of people to help you so it goes faster. and then you get about 60k cash and some other stuffs.
