Alright, well I recently started using another computer I have to play runescape, connected to my router downstairs. Every so often the game kind of just... pauses, it doesn't slow down but instead stops as if it's going to disconnect and sometimes it does but it usually doesn't. Is there any way I can fix this? If I were to connect this computer to my router downstairs would this put an end to it?

Sorry if I confused you but I don't exactly know how to explain it lol. Basically, my computer never runs runescape slowly, it just stops everything except you can still see players move while they are standing in place so it isn't like it freezes or anything.

Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.

I think it's your connection.

What specs does this computer have? Us knowing these might help us to indentify the problem a little easier ;)

Sounds like your connection to me. It may happen if someone is downloading something on your internet, I find it happens to me often.
