I personally think this is not a good idea. RuneScape became way too easier in few years now and I believe you shouldn't be so lazy and pick those arrows up. Why not make ability to cook noted food?

Support, I don't see any potential problems with this and it'd be an update which would be beneficial to me for a number of different circumstances.
