May 17, 200917 yr I just Great orb project a few games and take some astral tabs so its a direct teleport to the altar whenever you want. Also the fastest way to get off of ancients would be to pray twice at the altar to get back to normal. (I don't think many people know about this)
May 17, 200917 yr Astral tabs are the best way, or you could just take the boat from Rekella. Keep in mind that you need the Seal of passage to be on the island. Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <3

You still need it to get there if you're using the boat or astral tab. Just play GoP for a round or two and buy some tabs.
