But, probelm is, even if i put it on 1 quality, (which looks like the sig below, which signifacantly lowers the quality) it is still too high to fit as a sig on these forums. Anyone got any ideas how to make it smaller file size?

Well, Change the border and enhance the text

horrible border, horrid text, and you need to do some more .....something to the background.

yeah get rid of the border and fix the text.

Make a new one, better quality and a little better background.
