How could I get a 45kb file like that to the 30kb limits? Please wheter I have to decrease the quaity a little or something tell me :? I tried removing all the animations and stuff but it only gets it to 40kb :cry: help would be GREATLY appreciated

In photshop you can save for web, I heard that decreases it's size since I am a photoshop nub I wouldn't know if it works for animation.
