99 Woodcutting and Firemaking Question

Im level 85 Woodcutting and nearly 90 Firemaking. I plan on continuing firemaking till 92 to obtain the Adze but what should I do from there?

 

 

 

• Does the Adze work on the teaks on Monkey Madness Isle?
   
   
   
  Would that be a good way to train both firemaking and woodcutting fast?
   
   
   
  Should I just burn eucylptus logs till 99 firemaking like I orginally planned or go with the Adze option to save time and money in the long run?

 

 

 

I hope someone can help me out with my problem. By the way Im looking for the most effiecient and fast method so Im really not interested in chopping magics or yews till 99 wc. Thanks.

I think that once you hit 92 FM and use the Adze to go from 80-99 WC you might hit both in the same time. The adze should work on teaks, i don't see why it wouldn't. Also do the fastest workcutting method you want and you should get both 99s around the same time. Or they'll be very close.

Yes the adze will work on teaks, but I preferred to do willows at Barbarian Outpost. I am not a fan of dropping, and you will be dropping A LOT if you are going for 99 wc on teaks. Personally I did 83-99 woodcutting on willow logs with the adze and 42% of my wc xp was added onto fming. This meant that I also got 92-97 firemaking for free.

Thank-you very much, thats exactly what I was needing to know. So i'll probably go from 92-96 If im lucky. Thats some money saved so I think I'll probably go with that method. Thanks for the feedback everyone.
