The only people (person really) that I've seen the mods really crack down on is abc. And this isn't even breaking the rules.

The reason why I was shooting down your idea is because the gallery is a place of original content. They dont take too kindly to memes, case in point the awesome face.

A convenient hub for finding images that we often use, submitting new ones, altering ones we already have. so rather than digging through folders or whatnot, simple copy and paste.
