@Ownage: its a media player of some sorts, I've heard of it in the past but I've never used it before.

 

 

So, I finally figured out how to till what direction is north in Minecraft. Now I just need to wait for the sun to rise so I can get back to my shelter.

 

The island my respawn point is on is huge. I never realized this until I went looking for cows and got lost.

Pro tip: Compasses.

This mine is gonna be great, I can already tell. I found 4 iron right on the surface, and it's got a [cabbage]-ton of gravel. Not too far away is a lava flow right into water. All natural. I'm set for life.

That looks vaguely similar to my world.

Minecraft classic is free btw. Alpha is only 14ish dollars.
