Also I was reading this third where people were essentially arguing about how women are all tough. Someone said, I'd like to see a man go a week with their gut feeling like it's getting kicked by a donkey all day.

I've never been kicked in the gut by a donkey.. I have a high pain tolerance.. in that I'm able to ignore pain after a while.

However, I've had pain and cramps so much that I could barely get up.. I say barely get up because I'd drag myself out of bed, and I'd see stars.. and moving was really terrible.. those were the times when I had to take medicine... thank god for ibuprofen.

However, there is regular pain that can be ignored.. and guess what? when I'm under stress, it aggravates my periods.. it makes them worse.. I try to not be under stress at all.. but I can't help it.

 

Some days before my period, my entire body hurts.. and just touching me hurts like hell.. I'm moody and aggressive.. (its the hormones.. high testosterone... which also makes females horny) and I yelled at a guy and treatened to complain about sexual harrassment at work one time when he kept poking me after I asked him to stop... I also had a friend who was secure enough in our friendship to keep poking me in the arm when I was.. like this.. I said.. he was right.. I couldn't beat him up.. but I might actually start crying if he continued poking me in the arm..

 

*pokes herself in the arm* it hurts a little bit right now.. but really.. not so bad that i'd cry...

 

some people freak out over blood.. and other people consider the blood to be *dirty*... I'm lucky because I don't actually consider it dirty.... I just consider it blood with some tissue that comes out.. I remember in grade 7 there was this girl who hated her periods.. she'd change her pads every so often because.. it was icky and she'd go "eeew eeew" each time.. and she was always stressed out because she hated the blood so bad. I consider myself really lucky to not go through that.

 

Basically.. all I gotta say.. is that everyone has their own way of dealing with pain. I really respect women who say that they feel like they have been kicked in the stomach by a donkey.. and they're able to stand up and complain.... and walk about.. and berate people. I personally think that if I was kicked in a stomach by a donkey even once, that I'd collapse into a little ball, hold my stomach, cry like hell, and be in too much pain to complain that it feels like being kicked in the stomach.[/hide]

It was... I think that some women lie about how much pain that they're in.. and some women are actually telling the truth about how much pain that they're in...

 

and if people don't stop poking me when I tell them to.. stuff might happen that involves inserting a large object into them without their consent.

Im not psychologically hurt... Just makes me happy Im a guy rather a girl.
