The only real argument you could make with the noise thing is that it'll severely effect property value. Though I have heard they are high maintenance and break often, and aren't really all that great at making power.

[hide]so as it turns out, all week last week i must have been under terrible pms as my period was late and slowly drove my hormones crazy. i even cried and acted as a spoilt brat.

 

were it any other time of the month i'd have plotted my revenge or exchanged words... but instead i cried over an argument!
