[bleep] the old people, anyway. Oh, as for that, I hadn't considered it. But textbooks get updated all of the time, and on State-tier money, I don't suppose it would make a dent on the US economy. Although it would probably be considered a meaningless expense. Two possible things happening if we change systems:1.Huge ass riot.2.Civil war.Not saying it will happen, but I know for sure some 'pure blood Americans' will get pissy.
