The only real way i would get banned is mawds enforcing the rules with no regard for intent. I clearly didn't mean it in a derogatory way, and no one was offended by it. If anyone was frankly I don't care, get thicker skin. I call halo a s**t and w***e all the time, and he does the same to me, but no one gets butthurt about it.
