I couldn't read the last two letters.

My skin is finally getting soft

if you look up Oh Four Tuna, it's kinda funny, it's a vid of what it sounds like it's saying.

Sometimes I think major issues should be presented to children and then they decide. They are probably the only type of people in the world who don't have some kind of agenda, and it's going to be them who lives with the decision.

Dammit wits! And I was thinking of younger kids, the kids in that book were already old enough to have been influenced. But who knows, the same thing might happen.

Also, who doesn't like boobs, in my opinion much to his own peril.

oh.. then the above image doesn't offend him! awesome.

Anyways... here is the thing.. younger kidsdo have an agenda... The agenda is that they should get whatever they want. Were they to be given huge power, they would abuse it for their own selfish interests.

Empathy is learned after all...

and young kids are very easily influenced and impressionable.

Kids who aren't properly disciplined think they can get whatever they want. And also you have brought up the major difficulty with the plan. It would be extremely difficult to raise them to a proper age where they weren't influenced. I don't ever really expect this to happen but the main idea is that kids view the world so simply and at face value, whereas we get older we twist and distort things.

There is no right or wrong.

would you kill a single person even though this person did no wrong, just so 20 people could live?

A child would not be able to make that decision.. Depending on how a child was brought up, he/she would either say don't kill the person.. or not want to be the one to make the decision after all.

It's not really that all adults are evil and all childen are innocent...

Sometimes the simplest decision is one that only an evil person could make. >_>

And again a difficulty, said child would have to be like a robot in that it sees things as black and white. 1 person for 20? The decision is take the 20. You see the problem with that because you don' see everything so simply. Well what if that person would cure cancer and what if some of those 20 people were bad. The only problem I could see is not wanting to make the decision.

Not trying to prevent you from arguing back, but we should move on, we're having a semi-serious debate in a spam thread :P

I realise this.

however what if that person was a thief.. and the 20 people were important doctors?

Human life shouldn't be wasted just like that.. just because that person is a thief and the 20 people are doctors who will probably go on to save more lives...
