Runescape problem

Starting yesterday, it began to run slow. Even my PC is running slow. I dont have Norton, and I think i may have a virus. When I click to walk, it takes like 3 seconds to start walking, whenever I click something it seems like it takes forever to register.

 

It just started happening yesterday for no reason. Websites take forever to load, and there are like 5-minut eperiods when things work fine but then it starts up agian, can anyone help?
