June 5, 200917 yr I don't bother much with pvp but I read the updates and don't recall seeing hem say that your potential does not carry over, so I would assume that it does. BH seems more for just killing rather than training to gain potential since so many areas(even the agility arena, so no agility brawlers) are blocked off.
