I'm 75 def, 84 range and 68 summon and I'm wondering what a good inv would be for tanking/camping there?

How much money do you have to spend?

I'd say 2m, or a few mill more in a few days.

Torag, zammy d hide, pendant, and the rest should be good equipment with obby shield or something

 

If you want to kill the ones near saradomin, wear sara vambs or else, barrow gloves
