June 12, 200917 yr Bring at least 50k and noted food. Wear sara or zammy item. For armour use rune or higher ( I perfer barrows). For weapon use Ss for strength, whip + rune def for attack/def. This is what I use. Helm of neit fury skill cape rune body sara skirt whip Dfs d boots Cb brace RoL get 68 summon and use bunyip <-----NEVER NEED FOOD.

June 13, 200917 yr I'm assuming to unnote the food to eat as needed. Barrows armor seems like a waste, having to break every 15 hours to repair. I think you'd be fine with rune or perhaps some dragon stuff. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!
June 13, 200917 yr Theres a general store in the camp. So, whenever you run outta food just sell your noted food to the shopkeeper and rebuy it with your money. Why? So you can stay longer without banking. If you have a bunyip food isnt really needed. But, without bunyip this is IMPORTANT to bring money and noted food. Just bring 50k and noted 100-200 monks.
