Do the lumbridge diary if you havn't already and start Temple of Ikov to get the boots. As for the gloves learn barb assualt it's alot of fun. Combat: Dragon legs or Torag/Dharoks if you have 70 defence. Way better defense, and that str bonus doesnt seem to be that useful imo.
