Hm, for one it looks like you went too far with shadows, it needs more highlights, and some of the armor should be in different tones. The proportions aren't bad, but from what I can see a bit of the perspective looks off.

i used carbon graphite in a wooden hollow stick (a pencil)

can you erase carbon graphite? if so go lightly over it with a eraser (lightly) to strengthen the high lights.

Awesome work, you have the proportions right. you just need to get that eraser and just go over it slightly and get some highlights.

i know that was done with a 4b pencil today i went out and got h's and b's pencils so i'm practicing doing hair

looks bulky to me... covvys have more of a hunch ( they slouch (SP?) and his right hand (our left) is odd in position other than that very nice
