Kill slayer things, a slayer master will tell you. Or do gws. I was training with full dragon and dragonfire shield in the SOS at zombies got around 50k an hour there and could stay for...20 hours with a regen bracelet and food. Your defence should be fine with rune i was just saying that if you use void you might not have high enough defence but never used it there.
