Dire_Wolf Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 Resting restores energy faster. But does it restore hitpoints, if so at what rate? Example usually you get +1 hitpoints regenerated. I can't find anywhere stated at Runescape that it Resting gives a better restore rate for hitpoints, but i have heard it does by players. So does it??? wordsofthelord Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 Taken from the rest update blog 2) You can now sit down and rest anywhere by right-clicking on the run button, which will recharge your run energy (and Hitpoints) much faster (the musicians located at various places around Gielinor provide even faster recharge rates).
