Bluetooth file transfers with an iPhone WITHOUT jailbreaking

You read correctly, I've found a way to transfer files over bluetooth with your iPhone without doing anything illegal like jailbreaking.

Basically, when you're tethering, your phone and computer are sharing a connection, so apps like Air Sharing can be utilized.

Note that this isn't complete; you can't share files with other phones. But you CAN also use apps like Air Mouse to control your mouse with your iPhone.

What's there to stop you from storing your songs on an app like Air Sharing?

Besides, I don't want to jailbreak, and this is the perfect workaround for people who don't want to jailbreak.

How do I install my bluetooth to my new phone? I got a new Palm Treo. I want to set up my bluetooth that I have. I already uninstalled it from my old LG Fusic phone. It says it searching for device. But all my new phone finds is my old phone. Its not picking up my bluetooth. I threw away the instructions a long time ago. If it helps my bluetooth is a Motorola. Not sure what model. Like I said I threw everything away. Thanks for your help!

There's a difference between listening to music in Air Sharing, and performing a wireless sync through iTunes, putting new music into your iPod.app
