Is it easy to profit from it anymore?

I could make 200k+ per hour without a drop, from just runes and stuff. Depends on your method though. Sometimes it's a bit less, but around 200k or more seems average for me.

depends on how much money u use per round and how much u make..usualy it nice if u use like 2 prayer pots and 2 shraks (usually for me) and end up with 100k+ in runes

I make 40k/chest only from runes/racks, about 160-200k /hour, depends how many chests I do.Haven't gotten a piece of armour in~60 chests.
