It would be dumb of Jagex to just start throwing things into f2p that you previously had to pay for. All it would do is piss off some current members, and give even less people a reason to become a member. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
